Theo has worked with us at The Family Centre on several occasions. Initially during our family holiday play scheme, offering the mums and dad's a much deserved Aromatherapy Massage. More recently Theo provided aromatherapy Massage as part of the ' Communities for Health' initiative. Funding for the project was acquired from Croydon Council on behalf of the department of health. The aim of the 6 week project was to take forward thinking in the public health white paper ' choosing health' in order to help towards a reduction in mental ill health and stress, together with increasing general health, and well being and building individuals self esteem. Theo's contribution towards our aim proved invaluable, his professional manner and expertise allowed our service users to take advantage of this worthwhile opportunity. For many this was their first experience of alternative therapies and their comments include.
